Centrally located in the heart of 30A, this home is only a 3 mile golf cart ride to Alys Beach, a 10 minute golf cart ride to Seaside and 5 miles to Rosemary Beach. Enjoy the complimentary parking pass at Deer Lake State Park for full beach access. Pack one of our coolers, a few beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys inside the beach wagon and spend all day on the white sands on the water! You won't get nickel and dimed, because everything you need to visit the beach is included. This state park also offers clean restrooms for convenience and picnic tables for a full day of fun. Rainy days on the property? We have you covered! This home is fully stocked with a Nintendo switch gaming system, board games, card games, books and our giant connect four. As for the details, this home offers 5 beds, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, stainless steel appliances, custom tile showers and modern amenities. An open concept living space with plenty of seating offers a 55" smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, four barstools and custom banquette seating for nine. The primary bedroom offers a custom tray ceiling with king size bed, smart TV, master ensuite bath with two shower heads. The walk in closet offers abundant storage including wooden hangers and a full size ironing board with iron. The second bedroom offers a custom designed shiplap feature wall with a king size bed, smart TV, abundant storage in the closet with wooden hangers and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom is a dream retreat for all kiddos! This room offers two queen size beds and a twin size bunk. This room is a perfect space for the kiddos to play games, enjoy a movie and enjoy lazy mornings after a long day at the beach. The closet offers ample storage with wooden hangers and a chest of drawers. The property is also equipped with a washer and dryer onsite for your convenience to keep up with laundry (if you so choose). This is always a must when traveling with a party of six with our family! I'll also offer a couple of pods to get your started during your stay. You will also have full access to the garage. Here, you'll find a complimentary 6 seater golf cart, bikes, two coolers, four beach chairs, one beach umbrella, a beach wagon, beach toys, a boogie board and pool noodles. Please note - pool floats are not allowed in the pool at Prominence. However, on occasion, if the traffic is light, you're welcome to use small floats during the off season. We simply ask for you to return all items so that future guests can enjoy the same five star experience.

Because we have four kiddos of our own, my goals is to make this the easiest vacation to travel with littles. As a mama, I get it!!
